Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, authoritarian leadership style, and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The sample of 50 respondents who are employees of the Medical XYZ Clinic. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of authoritarian leadership and job satisfaction influence the turnover intention in Medical XYZ Clinic employees, while the compensation variable does not affect the employee turnover intention in Medical XYZ Clinic. Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan Klinik XYZ Medikal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan otoriter dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Klinik XYZ Medikal, sedangkan variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan Klinik XYZ Medikal.
