Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work environment on the performance of Mercu Buana University employees. This research data is secondary and primary data for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method used is the random sampling method. Of 304 population of teaching staff at mercu buana university, 173 samples were taken from various units. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that training, motivation and work environment simultaneously significantly influence the performance of Mercu Buana University employees. Partially, the training had a significant positive effect on employee performance, as well as motivation. It also had a positive effect on employee performance, and also the work environment had a positive effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan universitas mercu buana. Data penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dan primer untuk periode 2015-2018. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Dari 304 populasi tenaga kependidikan di universitas mercu buana, yang diambil ada 173 sampel dari berbagai unit. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan pelatihan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan universitas mercu buana. Secara parsial Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitupun dengan Motivasi juga berpengaruh siginfikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan juga lingkungan kerja berpengaruh siginfikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
