Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of workload, work environment and teamwork on desire to exit through organizational commitment. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Multipro Jaya Prima. The methods of collecting data in this study uses a saturated sampling. The research data used linear regression. The results of the t-test for the variables of workload, work environment, and teamwork have an effect on the desire to leave either partially or simultaneously. Problems arising from the workload factor with the presence of high company targets that make workers feel burdened, in addition to the lack of teamwork which makes the work not finished on time, and a work environment that doesn’t support both internal and external work environments, so that it can cause a high desire for the employee to leave the company. Keywords: Workload, Work environment, Teamwork, Intention to leave, Organizational commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja sama tim terhadap keinginan keluar melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Multipro Jaya Prima. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data penelitian digunakan regresi linear. Hasil uji-t untuk variabel beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap keinginan keluar baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Permasalahan yang timbul dari faktor beban kerja dengan terdapatnya target perusahaan yang tinggi sehingga membuat para Pekerja merasa terbebani, selain itu kurangnya kerja sama tim yang membuat pekerjaan tidak selesai tepat waktu, serta Lingkungan kerja yang tidak mendukung baik Lingkungan kerja internal maupun eksternal, sehingga dapat menyebabkan keinginan keluar karyawan tinggi.
