Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and on Turnover Intention at PT Satya Liprindo Tangerang. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 60 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that Job Stress variables has positive and significant impact on turnover intention and job satisfaction has negative and significant impact on Turnover Intention. Keywords : Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stress Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan PT Satya Liprindo Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Stress Kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan variable Kepuasan Kerja Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
