Abstract
Based on the data obtained, the level of innovative work behavior at PT. X has decreased and not yet fully as expected. This is likely related to Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Trust through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Conceptually, the authors apply several theories related to research variables from several experts including Bass, Rottenberg, MacKenzie and other experts to explain the relationship of independent variables namely Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Trust towards the dependent variable namely Innovative Work Behavior through intervening variables namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB). The research method used is quantitative using Structural Equation Model analysis to determine the relationship of OCB in mediating Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Trust in Innovative Behavior. The results obtained are OCB partially because it mediates interpersonal trust variables on innovative work behavior, but does not mediate transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat perilaku kerja inovatif pada PT. X mengalami penurunan dan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal tersebut kemungkinan berhubungan dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepercayaan Interpersonal melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Secara konsep, penulis menerapkan beberapa teori yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian dari beberapa pakar diantaranya Bass, Rottenberg, MacKenzie dan pakar lainnya guna menjelaskan hubungan variabel bebas yaitu Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepercayaan Interpersonal terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui variabel intervening yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model untuk mengetahui hubungan OCB dalam memediasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepercayaan Interpersonal terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah OCB secara parsial karena memediasi variabel kepercayaan interpersonal terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, namun tidak memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif
