Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Engagement at PT Indo Japan Steel Center. The population in this study was 86 people. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis used instrument validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and correlations between dimensions. Hypothesis testing uses the F Test, t-Test, and the Coefficient of Determination using SPSS version 21. The results of the analysis show that the Leadership Style partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Career Development partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. As well as the Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work Environment simultaneously influence the Employee Engagement of 66.1% and the remaining 33.9% by other variables. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Engagement Karyawan pada PT Indo Japan Steel Center. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrument Validitas, Realibilitas, Uji Asumsi klasik, Analisis Regeresi Linear Berganda dan Korelasi Antar Dimensi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji F, Uji t, dan Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Engagement Karyawan. Pengembangan Karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Engagement Karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Engagement Karyawan. Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Engagement Karyawan sebesar 66.1% dan sisanya 33.9% oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir, Lingkungan Kerja, Engagement karyawan.
