Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the use of information technology, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the trust of accounting information systems on employee performance. This research was conducted at Freight Forwarding Company located at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Jakarta. Sample determination technique used is saturation point sample. The sample of this research is 45 employees of accounting, finance and tax department. The results of this study indicate that the use of information technology has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study also shows that the effectiveness of accounting information systems have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study also shows that the confidence of the accounting information system has no effect and significant on employee performance. Keywords: use of information technology, effectiveness of accounting information system, trust of accounting information system, and employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaaan teknologi informasi, efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kepercayaan atas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Freight Forwarding yang berlokasi di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel titik jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 45 karyawan bagian akuntansi, keuangan dan pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan atas sistem informasi bakuntansi tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: penggunaan teknologi informasi, efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kepercayaan atas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan kinerja karyawan.
