Abstract
This research aims to determine whether the compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) affect to employee performance (Y) in Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta - Cash Management Services Unit. The population of the research are employees of Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta - Cash Management Services Unit and the number of population is 37 people, with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used is saturated sample that is all existing populations used as a sample. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. From the research result, the compensation (X1) has a significant level with 0.009 which is smaller than 0.05 so the compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance in Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta - Cash Management Services Unit Working. Work environment has a significant level with 0.040 which is smaller than 0.05 so the work environment has a positive and significant effect to employee performance in Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta - Cash Management Services Unit Working. And organizational commitment has a significant level with 0.013 which is smaller than 0.05 so the organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect to employee performance in Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta - Cash Management Services Unit Working. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), dan Komitmen Organisasi (X3) mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan (Y) di Bank Standard Chartered Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Standard Chartered Jakarta pada unit Cash Management Services yaitu sebanyak 37 orang dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi yang ada digunakan sebagai sampel. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, kompensasi (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,009 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05 sehingga kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Standard Chartered Jakarta pada unit Cash Management Services. Lingkungan Kerja (X2) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,040 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Standard Chartered Jakarta pada unit Cash Management Services. Komitmen Organisasi (X3) memiliki tingkat siginifikansi 0,013 sehingga variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Standard Chartered Jakarta pada unit Cash Management Services.
