Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the queing system to load export instant noodles products into containers in PT Indofood ICBP Sukses Makmur Cibitung Branch. The sample population of this research is all container trucks queuing for coming in and out of PT Indofood ICBP Sukses Makmur premise. The data was collected through direct observation of loading – unloading process during the month of January 2018.The number of sample is 860 container trucks. The methodology of data analysis was done using single-phase multi-channel queueing model with the number of incoming container trucks was Poisson distributed The results of this research shows that the container trucks arrival pattern folllows the Poisson distribution pattern. The container truck service pattern follows exponential distribution system. The calculation using one additional server shows that there was improvement on the performance of queueing system. Keywords: Queueing System, Multi Channel Single Phase, performances Optimization of loading and unloading service Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem antrian pemuatan produk mie instant ekspor pada PT Indofood ICBP Sukses Makmur Cabang Cibitung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh truk peti kemas yang datang dan masuk dalam sistem antrian pada PT Indofood ICBP Sukses Makmur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung proses bongkar muat selama bulan januari 2018, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 860 truk peti kemas. Metode analisis data menggunakan model antrian multi channel single phase dengan jumlah kedatangan truk peti kemas berdistribusi poisson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola kedatangan truk peti kemas mengikuti pola distribusi poisson. Pola pelayanan truk peti kemas mengikuti distribusi exponential. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan tambahan satu server menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kinerja sistem antrian.
