Abstract
This study aims to analyze: the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research uses a quantitative approach with causal research. The population numbered 90 people, which the total population met the criteria as a sample. Research data relating to organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational commitment using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that: (1) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan riset kausal. Populasi berjumlah 90 orang, yang mana total populasi memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Data penelitian yang berkaitan dengan budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi menggunakaninstrumen berupa kuesioner.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
