Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and performance appraisal on job satisfaction. The object of this research is employees of PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. This research was conducted on 71 respondents by using quantitative descriptive method. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, the variable compensation and performance appraisal of employee work satisfaction PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test F (Test F) and partial test results (Test t) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of this study test states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variable compensation and performance appraisal of employee job satisfaction PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. Keywords: compensation, performance appraisal, job satisfaction Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 71 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jui Shin Indonesia.
