Abstract

This study aims to analyze sales information valuation and recording of inventories in the application of accounting information system at Koperasi Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) PPE, the method of analysis used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by interviews, observation, and document collection. This study compares the existing theories with practice in the field and made conclusions. The results showed that system valuation and recording applied at Koperasi Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) PPE is quite effective in accordance with accounting information system, but still need development of the system. Keywords: Valuation and Recording of Inventories, Accounting Information System Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis penilaian dan pencatatan dalam penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada Koperasi Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) PPE, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Penelitian ini membandingkan teori-teori yang ada dengan praktek di lapangan dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian dan pencatatan yang diterapkan pada Koperasi Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) PPE sudah cukup efektif sesuai dengan sistem informasi akkuntansi yang berlaku umum, namun masih perlu pengembangan terhadap sistem.
