Abstract
The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variabel leadership style, motivation and loyalty of labor employee performance This research aims to examine and analyze the effect leadership style, motivation and Loyalty on employee performance at PT. THE COOL INDONESIA. The object for this research is all employees at PT. THE COOL INDONESIA. This research was done to 70 respondents by using causal design. The sampling technique using saturation sampling which all the population part are used. Data analysis used is double linear regression and processed by the program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) version 20. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Loyalty have positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.THE COOL INDONESIA. It has been proven from the result of (F) simoultant test and the result of (T) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that suports hipothesys. The fore, the accepted assumption is, there is leadership style, motivation between motivation and work loyalty to labor employee performance in PT. THE COOL INDONESIA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. THE COOL INDONESIA. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan desain kuasual. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji T) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variable Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. THE COOL INDONESIA.
