Abstract
This research is to know the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Arya Noble on skin care brand Erha Clinic. This research was conducted on 47 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of hypothesis 1 testing that compensation has negative effect is not significant to performance, hypothesis 2 that work discipline have positive and significant effect to performance. Conclusion that research model able to explain 21,3% while the rest equal to 78,7% explained by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords: compensation, work discipline, employee performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Arya Noble pada brand skin care Erha Clinic. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 47 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, hipotesis 2 bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan bahwa model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 21,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: kompensasi, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan.
