Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether service quality and price affect consumer satisfaction at PT. Tiki JNE Jakarta. The object of this research is all JNE customers domiciled in Jakarta. This study was conducted on 90 respondents using survey techniques with questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative causal, with a non-probability purposive type. Data instruments use the SEM statistical method of the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that partially, service quality variables have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price variables have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price and Consumer Satisfaction Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah kualitas layanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada perusahaan jasa PT. Tiki JNE Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan JNE yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survey dengan alat penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal, dengan jenis non probability purposive. Instrumen data menggunakan metode statistik SEM software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Harga dan Kepuasan Konsumen
