Abstract
This study aims to identify and evaluate the appropriate selection criteria of forwarder in PT Rotaryana Prima. Research data is obtained from the import division for the period January until December 2016. The sampling method used is judgment sampling. The population that meets the criteria as the sample is the import manager, the import supervisor, the field coordinator and head of operational and warehousing. The analytical method used in this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) by using software "Expert Choice 11". The results showed that the most influential criteria in the selection of forwarder in the company are quality criteria. The second priority is delivery criteria. The third priority is price criteria. The fourth priority is performance history criteria and the fifth priority is flexibility criteria. Keywords: Criteria of Forwarder Selection, AHP, Expert Choice 11 Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kriteria pemilihan forwarder yang tepat pada PT Rotaryana Prima. Data penelitian merupakan data yang diperoleh dari divisi impor untuk periode Januari 2016 sampai Desember 2016. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah judgment sampling. Populasi yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel adalah manajer impor, supervisor impor, kordinator lapangan dan kepala operasional dan pergudangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dengan menggunakan software “Expert Choice 11”. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kriteria pertama yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan forwarder di perusahaan ini adalah kriteria kualitas. Prioritas kedua yang berpengaruh adalah kriteria pengiriman. Prioritas ketiga adalah kriteria harga. Prioritas keempat adalah kriteria kinerja forwarder pada masa lampau dan prioritas kelima adalah kriteria fleksibilitas.
