Abstract

CV. Sari Gurih is one of the industries that produce fish chips, every day this refinery can produce 40,000 - 50,000 keropok. In this study, it was more focused on the work station with the highest REBA score (steaming section). Based on the original ergonomic study, the posture of workers in the steaming section needs to be improved because the worker does not function in an ergonomic position. Therefore, this study aims to reduce complaints experienced by workers by using questions about probing Nordic bodies; REBA analysis to determine work risks; know for certain complaints, expectations, and the requirements of the specification of the form for the tools needed. After that, they form the tools designed to use Indonesian anthropometric data to reduce worker complaints. Based on the REBA analysis obtained through a simulation using a tool, the work in the steamer section has decreased the final score to 6 (medium) which before this had a final score of 11 (very high). Sari Gurih merupakan salah satu industri yang memproduksi kerupuk ikan, setiap harinya pabrik ini mampu memproduksi kerupuk sebanyak 40.000 – 50.000 kerupuk. Dalam penelitian ini lebih difokuskan kepada stasiun kerja dengan nilai skor REBA tertinggi (bagian pengukusan). Berdasarkan tinjauan ergonomi, postur pekerja pada bagian pengukusan perlu dilakukan perbaikan karena pekerja tidak bekerja dengan posisi ergonomis.Oleh karenanya, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengurangi keluhan yang dialami pekerja dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner nordic body map; analisa REBA untuk mengetahui tingat resiko kerja; mengidentifikasi keluhan, harapan, dan kebutuhan spesifikasi rancangan alat bantu yang diperlukan. Setelah itu dilakukan perancangan alat bantu dengan menggunakan data antropometri orang indonesia untuk mengurangi keluhan pekerja. Berdasarkan analisa REBA yang didapat melalui simulasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu, maka pekerjaan pada bagian pengukusan terdapat penurunan skor akhir menjadi 6 (sedang) yang sebelumnya memiliki skor akhir 11 (sangat tinggi).
