Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work environment on employee performance in employees of the Marketing Directorate of PT. Astra Honda Motor. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 208 people and taken samples with probability sampling method with 68 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in the form of Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 20 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the compensation variable, leadership style and work environment have a positive effect on the employee's performance of the Marketing Directorate of PT. Astra Honda Motor. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and the partial test results (t test) shows the significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Direktorat Marketing PT. Astra Honda Motor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 208 orang dan diambil sampel dengan metode probability sampling sejumlah 68 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data dalam bentuk Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Direktorat Marketing PT. Astra Honda Motor. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.
