Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of tourist satisfaction and loyalty of tourists to tourism system Culinary Tour Old Market Tangerang. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is the consumer Culinary Market Old Tangerang as much as 100 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The result of the research shows that the satisfaction of tourists has a positive and significant influence on the tourism system. Loyalty of tourists has a positive and significant impact on the tourism system. Keywords: Tourist satisfaction, Tourist loyalty, Tourism system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan dan loyalitas wisatawan terhadap sistem pariwisata Wisata Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen Wisata Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang sebanyak 100 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sistem pariwisata. Loyalitas wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sistem pariwisata. Kata kunci : Kepuasan wisatawan, Loyalitas wisatawan, Sistem pariwisata.
