Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Harmoni Mitrajaya. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling, so that the entire population was used as the research sample. Thus, the number of respondents in this study was 50 people. Data collection was carried out through a survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that leadership style and work motivation have a positive but insignificant influence on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Harmoni Mitrajaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Dengan demikian, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
