Abstract
The Study aims to analyse the influence of employee engagement, work discipline, and occupational stress on employee performance. The object of this research is pt Mega perintis the number of samples specified is 40 respondents using a saturated sample. Method of collecting data using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. Data analysis methods use Partial Least Square. Conclusion of the research that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee Performance, discipline is positively and significantly impacting employee Performance, and work stress is positively and significantly affected by employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Employee Engagement, Work Stress, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, disiplin kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pt Mega perintis jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah 40 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan, Employee engagement, Stres kerja, dan Kinerja karyawan.
