Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Work Ethic, Work Envirnoment and Job Burnout on Employee Performance, A Case Study of Non-Medical Employess at Mampang Prapatan Regional General Hospital. The population consisted of 60 non-medical employees, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a questionnare in the form of a survey, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0. The analysis results indicate that Work Ethic and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect, while Job Burnout has a negative and significant effect on the performance of non-medical staff. Keywords: Work Ethic, Work Environment, Job Burnout, Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengujikan pengaruh variabel Work Ethic, Work Environment dan Job Burnout terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Studi Pada Karyawan Non Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mampang Prapatan. Populasi terdiri dari 60 karyawan non medis yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk survei, dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa Work Ethic dan Work Environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara Job Burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan non medis.
