Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Workload, and Work Stress on Employee Performance. The population in this study consisted of 60 permanent non-medical employees at the Mampang Prapatan Regional General Hospital. The research sample method used the Saturation Sampling technique, which used the entire population as respondents. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing a survey method as the data collection technique, and a questionnaire as the research instrument with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The findings of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Workload, Work Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Culture, Workload, dan Work Stress terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan tetap non-medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mampang Prapatan. Metode penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik Sampel Jenuh (Saturation Sampling), dimana menggunakan keseluruhan populasi untuk menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei sebagai tehnik pengumpulan data, serta kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dengan skala likert. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, workload berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan work stress berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
