Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Teamwork, and Job Stress on Employee Productivity of PT Nadi Digital Indonesia. This research design is causal quantitative. With primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data obtained through internal information distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Nadi Digital Indonesia who have been determined as samples. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The population in this research study were all permanent employees at PT. Nadi Digital Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 45 permanent employees. The sample collection technique used saturated samples and the data was processed with the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The findings show that Work Discipline has no influence on Employee Productivity, Teamwork has a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity, while Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity. The data analysis techniques used include outer model tests (Convergent Validity, Discriminat Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Composite Reability), and inner model hypothesis testing (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model, boostraping). Keywords: Work Productivity, Work Discipline, Teamwork and Work Stress Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kerjasama Tim, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Nadi Digital Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Dengan metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang didapat melalui informasi internal penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Nadi Digital Indonesia yang telah ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Sementara, data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Populasi pada studi ini ialah semua karyawan tetap pada PT. Nadi Digital Indonesia. Sampel yang dipakai pada studi ini sebanyak 45 karyawan tetap. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan data diolah dengan program Smart PLS 4.0. Temuan menunjukkan bahwasannya Disiplin Kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Kerjasama Tim mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, sedangkan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai meliputi uji outer model (Convergent Validity, Discriminat Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Composite Reability), dan uji hipotesis inner model (nilai R square, Goodness of Fit Model, boostraping). Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kerjasama Tim dan Stress Kerja.
