Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, Work Facilities, and Work Discipline on Work Productivity in Ciledug District Employees. This research design is causal quantitative. With primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data obtained through internal information distributing questionnaires to Ciledug District employees who have been determined as samples. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. The population in this research study were all permanent employees at Ciledug Subdistrict, Tangerang City. The sample used in this study was 65 permanent employees. The sample collection technique used saturated samples and the data were processed with the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The findings show that Competence, Work Facilities, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. The data analysis techniques used include outer model tests (Convergent Validity, Discriminat Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Composite Reability), and inner model hypothesis testing (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model, boostraping). Keywords : Work Productivity, Competence, Work Facilities and Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Pegawai Kecamatan Ciledug. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Dengan metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang diperoleh melalui informasi internal penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Kecamatan Ciledug yang telah ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Sementara, data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Populasi pada studi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tetap pada Kecamatan Ciledug, Kota Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 pegawai tetap. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan data diolah dengan program Smart PLS 4.0. Temuan menunjukkan Kompetensi, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji outer model (Convergent Validity, Discriminat Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Composite Reability), dan uji hipotesis inner model (nilai R square, Goodness of Fit Model, boostraping).
