Abstract
This study investigates how work-life balance, job satisfaction, and managerial support influence employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa. The research focuses on all employees within the company, involving a total population of 55 individuals. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, with the entire population selected as the sample using a saturated sampling approach. Data were gathered through a survey utilizing a structured questionnaire as the primary research instrument. For data analysis, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was applied. Findings from the hypothesis testing reveal that work-life balance (WLB) does not exert a statistically significant influence on turnover intention. Conversely, the second hypothesis confirms that job satisfaction (JS) negatively and significantly affects turnover intention. The third hypothesis demonstrates that managerial support (MS) also has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. In summary, the study concludes that while work-life balance does not significantly affect employees’ intentions to leave, both job satisfaction and managerial support play crucial roles in reducing turnover intention among staff at PT. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Managerial Support, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini memegang tujuannya guna menganalisa pengaruh work-life balance, kepuasan kerja serta dukungan manajerial pada Turnover Intention karyawan PT. MAP. Objek penelitian ini yakni keseluruhan karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. MAP. Populasi yang ada di penelitian ini ialah 55 karyawan PT. MAP mempergunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel memanfaatkan teknik sampel jenuh yakni melakukan pengambilan dalam seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data mempergunakan metode survei, melalui instrumen penelitian yakni kuisioner. Metode analisis data memanfaatkan Partial Least Square. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama memperlihatkan bahwasanya Work-Life Balance (WLB) tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Turnover Intention. Hipotesis kedua memperlihatkan bahwasanya kepuasan kerja (KK) berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada Turnover Intention. Hipotesis ketiga memperlihatkan bahwasanya dukungan manajerial (DM) berpengaruh negatif pada Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini memberikan pembuktian bahwasanya variabel Work-Life Balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Turnover , kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention serta dukungan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan pada Turnover pada PT.
