Abstract
This study aims to identify the influence of Workload, Career Development and Compensation on the Turnover Intention of PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa employees. The object of this research includes all employees working at PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa. In this study, data was collected from 45 respondents using a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the assistance of Smart-PLS software. The analysis results show that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the career development variable shows a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention. The compensation variable, on the other hand, has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa. Keywords: workload, career development, compensation, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa. Objek penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa. Dalam studi ini, dilakukan pengambilan data dari 45 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara itu, variabel penge,mbangan karir menunjukkan pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Adapun variabel kompensasi memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT Mulia Sejahtera Sentosa.
