Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, workload, and work-life balance on employee perfomance. The population in this research consists of 40 permanent employees of PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetics. A sample of 40 respondents was selected using a quantitative approach with a saturated sample technique. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis method employed was Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study demonstrate that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. Workload also has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. Meanwhile, work-life balance shows a positive and significant influence on employee perfomance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan tetap PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetics. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 40 responden yang dipilih melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, work-life balance menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci:Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Work-life Balance, KinerjaKaryawan.
