Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of: (1) To determine the influence of organizational justice on turnover intention, (2) To determine the influence of work discipline on turnover intention, (3) To determine the influence of job promotion on turnover intention in Mercu Buana University Education Personnel. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling of this study uses the Probability Sampling method, from 261 populations then calculated using the slovin formula and obtains a population value that can be sampled as many as 158 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where in data processing using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 4.0 PLS program. The sample data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to Mercu Buana University education personnel. The results of the study show that: (1) Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) Job promotion has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the study provide implications that organizational justice, work discipline and job promotion are things that must be considered to reduce turnover intention performance. Keywords: Organizational Justice, Work Discipline, Job Promotion, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention , (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap turnover intention, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap turnover intention pada Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode Probability Sampling, dari 261 populasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan nilai populasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel sebanyak 158 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 4.0 PLS. Teknik pengumpulan data sampel dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Mercu Buana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (3) Promosi jabatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa keadilan organisasi, disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk menurunkan kinerja turnover intention.
