Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of employee engagement, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald's Sarinah Thamrin Branch. The population in this study was 40 employees of PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald's Sarinah Thamrin Branch. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, researchers used saturated samples, the number of samples used in the study was the entire population of McDonald's employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis methods using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement and organizational culture have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword: employee engagement, organizational culture, work environment, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald’s Cabang Sarinah Thamrin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald’s Cabang Sarinah Thamrin. Untuk menentukan besarnya sampel yang diambil dari populasi peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh populasi karyawan McDonald’s. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM- PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
