Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Work Stress, Work Life Balance, and Quality of Social Interaction on Employee Productivity. The object of this study is Hewlett-Packard Care Tangerang. Quantitative Research Method using the Smart PLS application with a sample of 115 people. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing a google form questionnaire. This study uses the Census method. The research data analysis method uses Smart PLS 4.0. In this study, the results of the first hypothesis test showed that the Work Stress (SW) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) was obtained t-statistically (1,937>1.64) (t-table) or P-value (0.026<0.05), meaning from T statistic, which had a significant positive effect and the original sample value was (0.213). The second hypothesis showed that the Work Life Balance (WLB) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) was obtained t-statistically (1,817>1.64) (t-table) or P-Value (0.035<0.05) means that the T statistic is positive and significant and the original sample value is (0.304). The third hypothesis shows that the Social Interaction (SI) variable on Employee Productivity (EP) is obtained from t-statistic (2,201>1.64) (t-table) or P Value (0.014<0.05) meaning from t statistic, which is positive and significant, and the original sample value is (0.294). The results in this study confirm that Work Stress, Work Life Balance, and Social Interaction have a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work Stress, Work Life Balance, dan Quality of Social Interaction terhadap Employee Productivity. Objek terhadap penelitian ini adalah HP (Hewlett-Packard) Care Tangerang. Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS dengan sampel 115 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sensus. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0. Dalam penelitian ini hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work Stress (SW) terhadap Employee Productivity (EP) diperoleh hasil t-statistik (1,937>1,64) (ttabel) atau P-value (0.026<0,05) artinya dari T statistic yaitu berpengaruh postif signifikan dan nilai original sampel sebesar (0,213). Hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa variable Work Life Balance (WLB) terhadap Employee Productivity (EP) diperoleh hasil t-statistik (1,817>1,64) (t-tabel) atau P-Value (0,035<0,05) artinya T Statistic yaitu positif signifikan dan nilai original sampel sebesar (0,304). Hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa variable Social Interaction (SI) terhadap Employee Productivity (EP) diperoleh hasil t-statistik (2,201>1,64) (t-tabel) atau P Value (0,014<0,05) artinya dari t statistic yaitu positif signifikan, dan nilai original sampel sebesar (0,294). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Work Stress , Work Life Balance, Social Interaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Productivity. Kata kunci : Stress Kerja, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja , Kualitas Interaksi Sosial , Produktivitas Karyawan.
