Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, workload, transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. PLN Duri KosambiCengkareng West Jakarta. PT.PLN Persero ULTG Duri Kosambi is engaged in the field of electricity generation, telecommunications, finance and services, maintenance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN Duri Kosambi - Cengkareng West Jakarta totaling 237 employees, because the population is quite large, sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula and a sample size of 149 respondents was obtained. The analysis method used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model where in data processing using the Partial Least Square (SMART-PLS) program version 3.2.8 PLS. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Duri Kosambi-Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. PT.PLN Persero ULTG Duri Kosambi bergerak dibidang pembangkit Penyediaan tenaga listrik, telekomunikasi, keuangan dan pelayanan, pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan dari PT. PLN Duri Kosambi – Cengkareng Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah sebanyak 237 karyawan, karena jumlah populasi yang cukup besar maka dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel non-probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalah Varince Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengelohan data menggunakan program Partial Least Square (SMART-PLS) versi 3.2.8 PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
