Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment on employee performance PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta through job satisfaction as mediation variable. The population in this study were 1.700 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a slovin formula technique with a total of 324 all employees of PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that the variables of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction as mediation is able to influence work motivation towards employee performance, job satisfaction as mediation is able to influence work dicipline towards employee performance and job satisfaction as mediation is able to influence work environment towards employee performance of PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.700 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik rumus slovin dengan sampel 324 karyawan PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta.
