Abstract
This study is aimed at identifying the effects of job satisfaction, work stres and organization's commitment to the trades made in pt varcoindo jaya belov. The population in this study is as many as 77 employees varcoindo jaya bekasi and were used as samples. The technique used in determining a sample was a saturated sample. The kind of research used was quantitative work with an associative approach. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with an IBM SPSS statistic 21 for analysis. Studies show that job satisfaction has a negative influence and an important turnover of gains. So the commitment of the organization gets negative and it gets significant to the trades. While work stres gets positive and significant to the trades. Keywords: job satisfaction, job stres, organizational commitment, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention di PT VarcoINDO Bina Jaya Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 77 karyawan PT VarcoINDO Bina Jaya Bekasi dan dijadikan sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji IBM SPSS Statistic 21 sebagai alat analisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Begitupula komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
