Abstract
The phenomenon of decreased employee performance at PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri has driven this research to understand the factors influencing the impact of Workplace Environment, Work Stress, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri. A total of 50 employees with an age range of 19-50 years were selected as the research sample using a census sample (sensus sample). Data was collected through a survey method using a Google form questionnaire. The sampling technique used was a census sample. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. This research has proven that the Workplace Environment has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Stress has a negative and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Keywords: Workplace Environment, Work Stress, and Compensation on Employee Performance, PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri Fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan pada PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri, mendorong penelitian ini untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri Sebanyak 50 Karyawan dengan rentang usia 19-50 tahun dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sampel sensus). data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei menggunakan kuesioner google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Penelitian ini Membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Stres Kerja berpengaruh Negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, PT Ridho Tunggal Mandiri
