Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation on the work discipline of PT Bima Sakti Engineering employees. The population in this study was 42 employee respondents. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample where the entire population was used as a sample, namely 42 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 as software. The results of this research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Bima Sakti Engineering. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 42 responden karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua jumlah populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 42 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 sebagai software. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.
