Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work stress and workload on employee performance. The population in this study were 30 permanent employees of CV. Mandiri Jaya. The sampling technique used was Saturated Sampling. The data collection method used a survey method, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. This study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique and data processing using Smart-PLS. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress does not have a direct effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Mandiri Jaya. The results of the study provide implications that work discipline, work stress and workload are things that must be considered to improve employee performance in order to realize organizational goals. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Stres, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan tetap CV. Mandiri Jaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Mandiri Jaya. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa disiplin kerja, stres kerja dan beban kerja adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi.
