Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Relation Nada Dunia. The population in the study was 50 employees. The sample used is the entire total population. Data collection method using survey method, Data analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square analysis tool (PLS). The results of the study found that Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Relasi Nada Dunia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis (PLS) Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
