Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment PT. Prime Link Communications. The total population in this study was 50 employees of PT. Prime Link Communications. The sample used was 50 employees. The data analysis method was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results showed that Discipline d significant effect on Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment and significant effect on Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment. Keywords: Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi Pengaruh Kedisiplinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Komitmen Organisasi PT Prime Link Communication. Jumlah Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Prime Link Communication. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi.
