Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention in employees of PT. Fortunas Abadi Multitechnique. The population in this study were all 45 employees in the technician field of PT.Fortunas Abadi Multiteknik. The sample used in this research was the entire population, namely 45 people. The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique where the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection method uses a survey method, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is SEM-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). This research proves that Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Key Word : Job Stress, Workload, Work Environment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Divisi Teknisi PT. Fortunas Abadi Multiteknik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di bidang teknisi PT.Fortunas Abadi Multiteknik yang berjumlah 45 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 45 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Teknik Sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention
