Abstract
Human resources play an important role in the progress of a nation, therefore efforts need to be made to increase human resources in order to achieve company goals. This research aims to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Gaya Makmur Tractor Jakarta. The object of this research is the service division of PT Gaya Makmur Tractor with a population of 70 people. With a sampling technique using a saturated sample of 70 employees. The data analysis method uses the SMART PLS application. The results of this research show that leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Gaya Makmur Tractor Jakarta employees. Keywords: leadership style, work discipline, organizational culture, employee performance Sumber daya manusia berperan penting terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa, oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan peningkatan sumber daya manusia demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Gaya Makmur Tractor Jakarta. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah divisi service PT Gaya Makmur Tractor dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 70 orang. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 70 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Gaya Makmur Tractor Jakarta. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, displin kerja, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan
