Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, worktraining and work motivation on the performance of Hotel Santika Cikarangemployees. The population in this study were 32contract employees of Hotel Santika Cikarang. The sample used was 32 respondents using a quantitativeapproach. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. The datacollection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the formof a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Training, Work Motivation, EmployeePerformance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan kontrak Hotel Santika Cikarang. Sampel yangdipergunakan adalah sebanyak 32 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metodepengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitianadalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
