Abstract
The research objective was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, teamwork and competency on employee performance at the playroom restaurant, North Jakarta. The research population is all employees at The Playroom Restaurant, North Jakarta. Sampling is probability. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population of 37 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis in this study was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions in this study on job satisfaction variables, namely, giving promotions to employees by choosing employees who excel and who never make mistakes. In the teamwork variable, that is, by always holding joint activities to work together, giving directions about respecting differences of opinion and appreciating performance between members. In the competency variable, those with an undergraduate degree are given a job as a supervisor, and those with a vocational education are given a job as a restaurant waitress. Keywords: Work Objectives, Teamwork, Competence, Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kerjasama tim dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran the playroom Jakarta Utara. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan di Restoran The Playroom Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan samplel adalah probability. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebesar 37 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian kuesioner. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran dalam penelitian ini pada variabel kepuasan kerja yaitu, memberikan promosi jabatan kepada karyawan dengan memilih karyawan yang berprestasi dan yang tidak pernah melakukan kesalahan. Pada variabel Kerjasama tim yaitu, dengan selalu mengadakan kegiatan bersama untuk saling bekerjasama, memberikan arahan tentang menghargai perbedaan pendapat dan menghargai kinerja antar anggota. Pada variabel kompetensi yaitu, untuk yang berpendidikan S1 diberikan pekerjaan sebagai supervisor, dan yang berpendidikan SMK diberikan tugas sebagai pelayan restoran.
