Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and communication on the employee performance of PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. The population in this study were 52 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 52 employees of PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Communication, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 52 karyawan PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry Jakarta.
