Abstract
This study is to determine Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Duta Berkat Abadi. This research was conducted on 46 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of the sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach usedin this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart- PLS and SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study state that job satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Duta Berkat Abadi. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Duta Berkat Abadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 46 responden dengan mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel mengunakan Teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keselurahan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM)dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS dan SPSS. hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
