Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job promotion, and non physical work environment on employee job satisfaction of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. The research method use quantitative analysis method with the research data collection method through questionnaires submitted to employees of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. The population of this research was all employees of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia is 157 employees. Sampling method used in this research is total sampling method. Analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The result of this research showed transformational leadership, job promotion, and non physical work environment simultaneously are having influence to employee job satisfaction of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Transformational leadership, job promotion, and non physical work environment partially have positive effect on employee job satisfaction of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Non physical work environment is the biggest variable in influencing the employee job satisfaction of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Keywords : transformasional leadership, job promotion, non physical work environment, employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, promosi jabatan, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data penelitian melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sejumlah 157 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau total sampling (sensus), sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan jumlah populasi karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional, promosi jabatan, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Kepemimpinan transformasional, promosi jabatan, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Lingkungan kerja non fisik merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, promosi jabatan, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kepuasan kerja karyawan.
