Abstract
This research is to know the effect of work stress, workload, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample techniques. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Rekind Daya Mamuju, workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Rekind Daya Mamuju, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Rekind Daya Mamuju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju.
