Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, compensation and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Gajah Tunggal, where three variables are proposed, namely work environment, compensation and work motivation. This research was conducted using a survey method of employees at the company and analyzed using regression. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample so that the sample used was 60 employees. The first stage tests the validity and reliability of the questions for each variable. The second stage regresses work environment variables and compensation on employee performance. The research results show that work environment variables, compensation and work motivation have a positive significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gajah Tunggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja bagi karyawan pada PT. Gajah Tunggal, dimana diajukan tiga variabel yaitu lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey terhadap karyawan pada perusahaan dan dianalisis dengan regresi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga sampel yang digunakan 60 karyawan. Tahap pertama menguji validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan setiap variabel. Tahap kedua meregresi variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gajah Tunggal.
