Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT. Nusantara Electric. This type of research is quantitative research using quantitative descriptive methods. The object of this research is the permanent employees of PT. Nusantara Electric with a population of 40 employees. This study uses a saturated sample method in which 40 permanent employees of PT. Nusantara Electric was used as a sample. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that tests on the Work Load variable (X1) and the Work Stress variable (X2) have a negative and significant effect on the Work Productivity of employees PT. Nusantara Electric. Then the test results on the Organizational Culture (X3) variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees PT. Nusantara Electric. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Organizational Culture, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan PT. Nusantara Electric. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap PT. Nusantara Electric dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yang dimana 40 orang karyawan tetap PT. Nusantara Electric dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini mununjukkan bahwa uji pada variabel Beban Kerja (X1) dan variabel Stres Kerja (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karawan PT. Nusantara Electric. Kemudian hasil uji pada variabel Budaya Organisasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Nusantara Electric.
