Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Sociolla Retail Indonesia, North Jakarta. The population in this study were 50 employees who worked at PT. Sociolla Retail Indonesia, North Jakarta. The sample used was 50 employees. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the SmartPLS application. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Leadership, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Jakarta Utara. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah 50 pegawai yang bekerja di PT. Sociolla Ritel Indonesia Jakarta Utara. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah sebanyak 50 pegawai. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
